Rog Phone 5 features 6.78-inch FHD+ (2448 x 1080pixels) Samsung Super AMOLED Display (E4) with up to 144Hz refresh rate, 24.3ms touch latency, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. This screen has a 20.4:9 aspect ratio, 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, supports HDR10+ and covers 111% and 150.89% of DCI-P3 and sRGB color gamuts respectively.

Rog Phone 5 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Octa-core processor clocked at 2.84GHz, coupled with Adreno 660 GPU, along with 8/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS3.1 flash memory. The processor offers a 10% increase in GPU and CPU speed. It also brings 5G support to the smartphone with a Snapdragon X52 external 5G modem supporting all the 5G spectrum, including mmWave (SA and NSA)

AIRTRIGGER 3

The AirTrigger 3 system introduces a brand-new way to interact with your ROG Phone 5, using a motion sensor that allows you to control the action by simply tilting the phone for totally intuitive gaming. The ultrasonic touch sensors — located on the long edges of ROG Phone 3 — can be assigned to any in-game action for a console-like experience. The touch sensors now support more gestures, including slide, swipe, and inner/outer button detection
